Watching over the people who once watched over you.
Different medication instructions? Start with one shared question.
CareRadar is being developed to connect older adults, families, pharmacists and clinicians around medication changes. The proposed workflow keeps records, reported changes and follow-up responsibilities together for professional review.

Where CareRadar stands today.
This website
An interactive concept using fictional records. It does not deliver care.
The clinical MVP
Completion is founder-reported. Independent clinical and operational readiness are not established here.
First proposed workflow
Pharmacy-linked medication review, subject to consent, professional coverage, safety gates and controlled validation.
The wider platform
Physician, hospital, institutional and business extensions require their own evidence and agreements.
01The space between care
The visit ends. The questions can continue.
A new prescription, a different report from home, or a question at the pharmacy can leave people unsure what happens next. CareRadar’s proposed workflow starts with that uncertainty and keeps it visible for the care team.
Keep the original record and new reports separate until the appropriate professional clarifies them.
01
Who has accepted the next step?
Make responsibility explicit, including when a task has not been accepted.
02
Did the explanation reach home?
Record communication and confirmation before the question can meet its closure criteria.
03
02A place for everyone who cares
One care question. A clear role for each person.
Choose your role to explore the proposed workflow. Each example has different permissions, responsibilities and limits.
Shared context. Role-specific access. An invitation never grants clinical authority.
03From a question to a clear next step
A small change. A whole team, in sync.
Follow a medication-change question through the proposed CareRadar workflow. Every handoff keeps the source, the status, and the responsible person in view.
Interactive concept · Fictional records
The main story is only one path
AI prepares the context. Authorized professionals make clinical decisions.
The proposed intelligence layer
From a reported change to a documented next step.
Keep the source, the open question and the person who accepted the next task visible together.
01
Keep the record.
Preserve the original instruction and its source.
02
Record the difference.
Show what was reported and what remains unconfirmed.
03
Track accepted responsibility.
Show who has accepted a task, and which handoff is still open. A delivered notification does not transfer duty.
04
Document follow-through.
Keep the authorized response, communication, confirmation and closure evidence distinct.
Proposed architecture. Clinical integrations and operational readiness require their own validation and agreements.
04Useful to the individual. Connected to the team.
Better prepared. Better connected.
Alongside family care, the wider CareRadar vision gives professionals a reason to return—and organizations a responsible way to participate.
Concept for validation
For physicians across specialties
Prepare the question. Keep the clinical decision yours.
The proposed workspace brings source records, saved evidence and unresolved questions into a focused review. Work on an individual patient requires permission and an accepted care task.
Personal evidence workspace
Question → original source → saved evidenceResearch can stand alone. Patient work needs accepted responsibility.
Proposed first workflow
For pharmacies & pharmacy networks
Bring the records and the question into one review.
Explore a proposed queue for medication sources, reported differences and follow-up questions. Check records within your scope and refer prescribing decisions to the responsible clinician.
Care decisions come first. Medication, diagnosis, and silence-event data are outside advertising targeting. Payment must never influence clinical advice.
05Evidence, with its limits in view
A documented care challenge. A workflow to test carefully.
Published research helps explain the need for medication review and better care transitions. CareRadar needs its own evidence of usefulness, safety, workload and outcomes.
World Health Organization · 2019
The transition matters.
WHO identifies medication discrepancies during admission, discharge, and other care transitions as a priority for action.
Better workflow is not yet proof of better health outcomes.+
In the OPERAM trial, a medication-optimization intervention reduced inappropriate prescribing without a significant reduction in drug-related hospital admissions. The trial did not study CareRadar. It is a reminder to measure patient-important outcomes separately from activity and workflow metrics.
Can source discrepancies reach an appropriate professional resolution?
Are responsibility, communication, and home confirmation clear?
What time, effort, anxiety, and access barriers does the workflow create?
Will participants return voluntarily, and will an identified buyer pay?
06A shared mission. Different responsibilities.
For the people building the next chapter of care.
Care organizations, public programs, and capital partners need different answers. Explore a focused starting point for each conversation.
No government endorsement, investment commitment, contracted care coverage, or implemented clinical-system integration is implied.
07Our promise, by design
The person stays central. Responsibility stays explicit.
The intended design makes permissions, sources and accepted tasks visible. Qualified professionals retain clinical authority, and the older adult chooses how others participate.

The person behind the vision
Dr. Mohamed Maky
CareRadar co-founder
CareRadar’s founding focus is the space between a clinic visit, a question at the pharmacy and everyday life at home. The vision is to help older adults stay involved in their care, with families and professionals working from a clearer shared understanding.
The next chapter starts with a conversation
Prepare your next CareRadar discussion.
Choose your role and the workflow you want to explore. We’ll create a brief on your device with the proposed scope, people to involve and questions to discuss.
Egypt-first exploration · Partner-led validation
Building a brief keeps your selections on this device. It does not send an inquiry or book care. The separate email action opens your email application.
